The K A Day Group was created to provide quality professional good and services to our consumers, along with our commercial and government customers. Our company's capabilities and processes within our four-pillars (Transportation, Procurement, Facility Management & Real Estate) ensure high-end services from on-time delivery, to sourcing products and materials, to negotiating lease & real estate transactions, to the management and repair of facilities. The management and operation of our company will always seek to evolve and innovate while maintaining a customer focused approach in all areas of our business. Our business practices are founded on sound principles and open and honest input from our team. They are encouraged to question until clarity is gained and empowered to bring forth information, ideas and criticisms to be discussed and debated.

LEADERSHIP
BYRON HAYES | PRESIDENT/CEO
As Founder and Leader, Mr. Hayes has a lifetime of logistics experience that has led him to build several successful, well-managed, and professionally run businesses. Getting his start in the U S Army where he retired as a Logistics Officer before he transitioned to civilian life, becoming a real estate broker, investor, and entrepreneur. From commercial & residential build-outs to mobile home park rehabilitation and stabilization, Mr. Hayes provides a variety of high-level contracting services. An excellent project manager, Mr. Hayes has seen through a range of projects and transactions from beginning to end. During his service, deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom he was the Brigade Supply Officer where he managed an 18 million-dollar budget, deploying over 1,150 pieces of operational equipment. As Captain Hayes he directly led his soldiers to safely deliver more than 2.5 million gallons of fuel over 100,000 miles in a combat theater, without incident! His strong problem-solving and decision-making skills allow for increased effectiveness in pressure driven environments.
